Podium in the 6 Hours of Spa
World Champions Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado took the second place in the 6 Hours of Spa, penultimante round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) Superseason, in the AF Corse Ferrari 488 No.51 (GTE-Pro class).

The chances of winning were great with less than 30 minutes remaining as the leading Aston Martin would have had to pit one more time before the chequered flag. However, the race director due to the wheater conditions showed the red flag frozing the positions. Calado and Pier Guidi therefore were second.

Davide Rigon and Sam Bird, in the AF Corse Ferrari 488 No. 71, ended in sixth spot.
The 6 Hours of Spa will be remembered as one of the craziest races ever, as it actually snowed several times during the day, affecting the race result on the Ardennes track: snow, rain, sun and hail in six hours.
